The 5th Grade classes were treated to a fun Science Presentation:  Reaction Time.  They observed different chemical reactions and also were able to try their own experiments.

The students in Mrs. Frossard's class have been learning about weather and made a few weather instruments.

Another week with 100%!  Mrs. Frossard and Mrs. Golding's classes continue the streak!  Congratulations on taking the Spirit Day trophy!

Here are some of the things we learned during Kindness Week.  Ask your child about the events and ideas of the week!

This week, our 2nd graders got an up close and personal look at some of the animals in our world.  Living Planet Aquarium sent some animals and handlers to Cherry Creek to share information about the animals, their habitats and habits.  The students were able to ask questions and even touch the snakes, lizards and other creatures.  What a fun experience!  

The students at Cherry Creek have been celebrating Kindness week, talking about what they can do to spread kindness in school and participating in activities that promote kindness.  Ask your child what they have been doing this week!  Thank you to the PTA for organizing activities for this week!

Top Crocs got to eat lunch with Mrs. Darrington in the conference room. It's a big deal to be able to sit in the comfy swivel chairs and have some pizza with the Principal!  Thanks for being great Leaders and great examples to others!  Keep up the good work!
