Today was a very special day at Cherry Creek. Many students brought Veterans to school with them. We honored our Veterans with a special Victory Lap for their service to our country. Classes gathered for a special question and answer session where they could ask about what the veterans ate, where they served, what they did in the armed forces and many more interesting subjects. Thank You for coming and sharing your experiences with us so that we can learn and be inspired by Heroes and Leaders!
Croc Club winners are rewarded with time in the Croc Cave. Way to be great leaders and wonderful examples! #leadersofcherrycreek. #empoweringsuperheroes

Miss Utah, Dexonna Talbot, came and shared her Servesteem platform with the students at Cherry Creek. She taught that sharing small acts of service can make a big difference in the world, which can create a ripple effect and fill the world with love! She also said that serving others not only makes others feel good, but it also can make you happier! Dexonna is a great example of being Proactive, Think Win-Win and Synergizing! She is a great Leader in our Community and State! Good Luck at the Miss America Pageant!
This was the first time in months where only one class took the trophy! Congratulations to Mrs.Peck/Mrs. Mower's Class!
