Students in Mrs. Truscott's class tried their hands and brains in constructing the tallest tower by just using gumdrops and toothpicks!
Students in Mrs. Smallcomb's Music class experimented with white gloves, black light and some fun music!
The first graders celebrated the 50th day of school—50’s style! We dressed up, listened to 50’s music, compared then and now, did 50’s Day literacy and math centers, and ended the day with rootbeer floats!
We Lead, We Learn, We Inspire...I am Important! WE Lead in showing care and concern for a fellow classmate. WE Learn that synergizing can multiply a “penny”. WE Inspire others to give also...Daylight Donuts in Springville donated Donuts to the winners of the Penny Wars. I am Important in making a change...even through a small penny! We hope Rocco will feel how important he is to Cherry Creek!

The 4th Graders were treated to a musical morning as they attended a performance of the Utah Symphony. Their mission is to provide Utah students with an introduction to orchestral music, training in listening skills, and tools for understanding musical concepts in ways that support the state core curriculum. Utah Symphony’s in-depth performance and demonstration events remind Utah students and teachers that they have many opportunities to have music in their lives, whether as performers or audience members.
A big Shout Out to Mr. Anderson for all our activities during Red Ribbon Week. We hope you enjoyed all the fun we had this week....most importantly, we hope you remember to Stay Drug Free!

Now the 3rd Graders can check their spelling, the meaning a word and find synonyms and antonyms. Thanks for helping us to be better students, better leaders and better community members!
