Little Caesars Pizza and Sunpro recently partnered with the Cherry Creek PTA to reward students during the book fair week. Miss Pullan's class visited Sunpro where the highlight of the tour was the requested chain saw section. They popped some corn for students and answered 2 million 3rd grade questions. Then students went to the gas station. Here they learned about safety measures gas stations take. They learned that about once a week customers accidentally drive off with the gas nozzle still in their car. The nozzle is designed to detatch safely from the pump and drag along with the car. Mrs. Nielson's class was able to visit Little Caesars. They were able to view the kitchen area, and then return to the school with the manager where he answered questions and treated everyone to a slice of pizza. We are grateful to have wonderful businesses who are willing to partner with us in educating students.
