This Morning, athletes from BYU came to help us learn how to be Cougar Built! They taught us to Love, Learn, Work & Connect. Some students were given 2 T-shirts…one to keep for themselves and one to give to someone else, which goes with our Habit 4, Think Win-Win! Our special guest was Cosmo! Cosmo, along with some of the athletes, showed us some acrobatic moves and dunks. They told us we need to keep our bodies strong to be able to execute some of those moves.
