Some of the Finished Projects

Day of Caring is an annual day of service that takes place on the second Thursday of September. United Way invites organizations across the county to come together in completing various projects that benefit the community, with over 1,500 volunteers completing over 60 service projects. Volunteers from United Way and BYU came to Cherry Creek to repaint some fun playground activities like Mirror Me, Hopscotch and other colorful activities.  We were surprised to find out that one of the volunteers from BYU was a dad of one of our own Cherry Creek Crocs.  Thanks Mr. Walch!  A Big Cherry Creek Croc shout out to the volunteers from the United Way and BYU who took time out of their busy schedules to come brighten up our playground! #Unitedwaydayofcaring #BYU
