Science Centers in Sixth Grade

Submitted by sarah.sumsion on
Sixth graders got to explore a little deeper about microorganisms in class this week. They created their own slides using gutter water, looked at insect wings and other specimens through a microscope, created and wrote about a germ, made flip books to simulate the movement of bacteria and diagrammed a microscope. The students really enjoyed the microscope centers. All this fun was just another day in sixth grade! Check out Facebook for more photos!

This week in Kindergarten, we had fun learning about the National Symbols. We love the beautiful White House, the awesome Liberty Bell, and even the majestic flag.
