How Carter Grover Sharpens the Saw

Carter had a gymnastics meet at the Salt Palace on Friday January 9th. He placed in every event! He competes on the high bar, floor, pommel horse, parallel bars, rings, and vault. He placed 3rd over all in his age group and 3rd in his division out 60 boys. Congratulations Carter!

Pluton Science Lab

Miss Hartman's 4th grader stusents used a science experiment to replicate how intrusive igneous rocks are formed. Students observed the density of the liquids and gas as it relates to plutons, the earth's mantle and crust. We LOVE science.

A Trip to the North Pole

Gingerbread Helpers

Reading Every Day can be constructive in more than one way. This week, during the "Read Everyday Program" at Springville Cherry Creek Elementary School, the children asked Questar's volunteers to please stay a bit longer to join them in one of their favorite Christmas holiday activities--helping engineer and build gingerbread houses.
