Students at Cherry Creek were able to watch amazing bike stunts from Rich & Skyler Wieber of Minnesota. The father and son pair performed incredible tricks and educated the students in bike safety and how to live an awesome, drug free life. Drew from Mrs. Baldwin's class got to demonstrate how to check your bike to make sure it's safe to ride. At the end of the assembly, Skyler Wieber jumped his bike over Mr. Duncan, Mrs. Nielson, and former Cherry Creek principal Mr. Balzotti. Kayla, also, from Mrs. Baldwin's 2nd grade class, won a bike as part of the Ken Garff Road to Success reading program, and 1 student from every class won a book. Congratulations to all the winners! Let's remember and help each other have a healthy and drug free life! Thank you so much to our PTA helpers and teachers who made Red Ribbon Week a great success!
