A Big Cherry Creek Croc Shout out to the volunteers from BYU, UCCU and Wavetronix for serving Cherry Creek Students on the Day of Caring. These volunteers took time out of their busy day to show that serving and education is important! These volunteers painted the playground to make recess more enjoyable, read a story and taught a character Ed lesson to instill a love of reading and self, challenged our thinking with a STEM lesson, helped our teachers by prepping visual aids for a lesson and organized our take home reading library by shelving books. Our Mission Statement at Cherry Creek is: We Lead, We Learn, We Inspire, I am important.
