Today was National Custodians Day, so it's only fitting we recognize our faithful, hardworking, friendly head-custodian Mr. Talbot. Mr. Talbot has worked at Cherry Creek since it first became a school and even worked in the building when it was the Springville Middle School. He is from Benjamin and enjoys hunting, fishing and motorcycling. If you come early enough you might catch him ride up to work on his bike (motorbike that is). Mr. Talbot jokes that his favorite thing about his job is he has 830 kids he can tease all day. A favorite memory of his was noticing from afar when two girls came running towards each other around a corner and totally collided. From them on he always called one Crash and the other one Burn. Mr. Duncan will be the first to say what a great job Mr. Talbot and his staff do every day keeping the building clean and maintained. Thanks Mr. Talbot for all you do. We love you!
