Leaders of the Month & Top Crocs

Today we celebrated our top student leaders at Cherry Creek.  These students are great examples to their classmates by living the seven habits. We held a Facebook Live assembly that was shared in each classroom (see our Facebook page!) and a socially distanced victory lap.  Way to go crocs!

September's Leaders of the Month are:

Rosie Corie, Emmet Dahl, Annie Bodily, Declan Layne, Elle Grazzini, Sawyer Wisnom, Hannah Dougal, Mayson Mower, Claire Pettersson, Bennett Kooistra, Bobbie Thorup, Presley Smith, Alex Post, Khloi Fausett, Gigi Green, Vaughn Sanford, Luke Nielson, Aryana Gonzalez, Evan Draper, Jane Warren, and Adrian Galindo.

September's Top Crocs are:

First - Mila Gornichec

Second - Bill Weight

Third - Charlie Dougal

Fourth - Grayden Brush

Fifth - Mariah Pettersson

Today we were relentless and had a hair-raising experience.  Cherry Creek Crocs are relentless in pursuit of success!  Way to go Crocs!

Half Day, Monday, September 21st

Monday, September 21st is a half day in Nebo school district.  Cherry Creek will dismiss at 12:00pm.  Lunch will be served an hour earlier than regular schedule.

Spirit Week!

Next week, September 21-25 is Sprit Week at Cherry Creek!  Be a part of the fun!

S P I R I T   W E E K   2 0 2 0

Spirit Week is a celebration of what it means to be a CROC!  

Dress up days center around our school theme of “RISE UP.” 

Monday the 21st –  F u n   S o c k s   D a y 

(Wear colorful socks, and hike [or RISE UP] the mountain to meet your goals.)

Tuesday the 22nd –  C r a z y   H a i r   D a y 

(Be relentless and have a hair-raising experience.)

Wednesday the 23rd -  F a v o r i t e   H a t   D a y 

(Be intentional and show hats off in your efforts)

Thursday the 24th -  R e d   D a y 

(Students and Staff show school spirit by wearing red or a school shirt.)

Friday the 25th -  B e s t   D r e s s   D a y 

(Dress to excel in life and look your best for PICTURE DAY!)


Free Breakfast and Lunch to All Nebo School District Students

Beginning Monday, September 14, 2020, Nebo School District will be switching to an “Open Restricted Meal Program.” Under this program, breakfast and lunch are available for free to all students enrolled in Nebo School District, including remote learners.
